HOLY CRAP

wow. it's been more than a year since i've last posted on here. i feel like such a jerk!

i deeply apologize to those of you who have interest in my work; i just have such a hard time keeping up with this place!

even when i get into the habit of checking deviantART every day, it seems like there are hundreds of new deviations and messages, and i just get overwhelmed!

i also apologize that in my absence, i have not been able to comment on a lot of your works. it looks like the creative flow is flowing along magnificently, as you guys are submitting BEAUTIFUL new works. this place never ceases to amaze me

NEW-s

so! those of you who watch may have noticed that i haven't uploaded anything in a long time. the reasons for that being:

1. i have been working A LOT and going to school so i haven't had much time
2. this year has been a bit hard, and my inspiration and creative spark have pretty much been pushed to the back burner

things are getting better though. by the fall, i should be in a much better place, mentally, physically, and emotionally, so for now i just have to grit my teeth and bear it.

BUT, on a positive note, i do have some VERY exciting news to share! last week i ordered a brand new Nikon D80 w/16-85mm lense, and it will be arriving at my front door step tomorrow!!!

this is SO SO SOSOSOSOSOSO exciting for me! i am still in disbelief that it's even happening, and that i am actually going to own my very own DSLR! i feel so blessed to be able to have this opportunity given to me, and i am so very thankful for it

once i learn my way around it all, i'm sure the creative juices will start flowing again and i hope to have some new work for you guys soon! in the meantime, take care of yourselves and the planet, and keep that beautiful art a'comin!
